When you pick up False PhD, it immediately grants one Black Heart and provides the following persistent mechanics:
Pill Identification: Automatically identifies the effects of all pills upon pickup, removing the danger of eating a mystery pill.
Negative Pill Conversion: Forces all good pills in your current and future pill pool to convert into their negative equivalents (e.g., Tears Up becomes Tears Down).
Stat Down Damage Buffs: Every time you consume a pill that lowers one of your stats, you permanently gain a +0.6 Damage Up modifier.
