Vistumbler (originally popularized as VistaStumbler) is a free, open-source wireless network scanner built specifically for the Windows operating system. It was originally created as a modern replacement for “NetStumbler”, a legendary network tool that stopped working when Windows Vista and newer network architectures were introduced.
